Dr. Stern has practiced urgent care medicine for more than 16 years. Partner in Physicians Immediate Care (operating 19 urgent care/occ med clinics) and CEO of Practice Velocity, LLC (providing software solutions to more than 750 urgent care centers), he authors a regular column in the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine. He served as founding director on the Board of Directors of the Urgent Care Association of America and has received the UCAOA Lifetime Membership Award.

Monica Klosa, CPC

Chief Operating Officer, PV Billing

With over 18 years of medical billing experience, Monica Klosa heads up a team of over 150 urgent care billers. She is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and has spoken at UCAOA and Decision Health.

Kelly Mattingly

Director, Contracting & Provider Enrollment, PV Billing

Kelly brings over 12 years of experience in contracting and credentialing in managed care organizations and multi-entity health systems. She holds a degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is Manager of Contracting and Credentialing at Physicians Immediate Care and PV Billing. She currently coordinates MCO contracting for urgent care centers in 28 states.

Linda Gumm

Linda has held various positions assisting patients and customers in the health care field for over 18 years, with the last 14 years specific to urgent care.  She was involved in the implementation and training of Practice Velocity Management software at its inception. 

Penny Ratzlaff

Penny has 22 years of experience working for a health insurance company and 10 years of experience billing for a multi-specialty practice. She has been a billing manager for PV Billing since August 2011.

Jen Rosenbalm

Jen has more than14 years of medical billing experience, with the last six years specific to urgent care. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University. She oversees the accounts receivable for multiple PV Billing clients.
